‘A way in’ is the debut EP by London’s hottest new rock band The Burning Feathers. Showing off the band’s strong and broad range of old school alt rock material, the EP will feature the band’s previously released singles, including the popular rockers ‘Start of an end’ and ‘Surface of the Moon’.
The EP will also feature a new track ‘A way in’ - a song about hope and searching for something better. ‘A way in’ is the band’s most melodic song so far and is a departure from their previous heavier material, taking the listener on a journey - with vibes of Bon Iver, Pink Floyd and even Glassjaw!
The band have already played a number of packed out shows around London and have a lot more songs under their belt, which they’ll be releasing throughout the upcoming year, as well as a handful of shows around the UK. But for now ‘A way in’ is the perfect entry point to understand what The Burning Feathers are all about.
The band will be promoting the release with a special free acoustic show at The King & Queen in Fitzrovia on Friday 10 May (onstage 9pm).
