ENQUIRE WITHIN Release New Single/Video 'Seeds of Destruction' featuring Howard H Smith (Acid Reign)

Imposing Brit hard-hitters ENQUIRE WITHIN continue to rise with the launch of their ferocious new EP, Elysium, out on Friday 31st May. With a strong sound that overcomes your senses, ENQUIRE WITHIN were initially formed in 2016 by school friends Dan Lewin (lead guitarist) and Henry Waller (drummer) before recruiting Henry’s brother, Jacob (vocals), to create the core unit of the band. By 2019, ENQUIRE WITHIN had a clear focus and created material for their potent debut album, Bloodlines. In 2020, the band released a live version of their debut album, Bloodlines - Live at Hackney Road Studios, at the end of 2020. The formidable metallers then propelled themselves further with the release of their sophomore studio album, ReBirth, which arrived in the Autumn of 2021.

Last year, the Londoners’ next single, Final Seal, dropped, highlighting a new bold direction for ENQUIRE WITHIN. Critics and fans warmed greatly to the band’s swerve in direction. Throughout 2023, the Brit metallers progressed from playing the underground live circuit to more prominent venues, with recent support tours with Acid Reign and Evile only adding to the band’s increased profile.

At the end of 2023, ENQUIRE WITHIN headed to the studio at The Joplin House, with Dan Lucas at the helm. They emerged with a blistering new EP that also features a striking collaboration with legendary vocalist Howard H Smith from thrash icons, Acid Reign, serving up co-vocals to the single, Seeds of Destruction. Jacob Waller (vocalist) remarks about the EP: “Elysium is Enquire Within at their best. A sonic exploration of themes ranging from familial and men's mental health to environmentalism and the crushing weight of history. Elysium is a statement of just what we can do.”

ENQUIRE WITHIN have an EP launch show on 31 May at the Black Heart, Camden, London, and a UK tour throughout the Summer.
