Introducing the teenage trio who are making waves in their home country of Denmark. ASHES OF BILLY (ages14,15,16) may be young, but they deliver a sound well beyond their years.
Since forming in 2022, the young trio has self-released two EP’s - ‘Playdate’ in 2022 and ‘The Right Place’ in 2023, with their single ‘Shamed’ in rotation on national radio in Denmark as well as being featured as Classic Rock Magazine’s ‘Tracks of The Week’. They recently announce that their new EP ‘Obscene’ will be released on 7th March via Prime Collective and has been produced, mixed and mastered by renowned producer Tue Madsen (BABYMETAL, Behemoth, Meshuggah).

“‘Something About Your Smile’” is a bittersweet summer song with an ironic twist. Lyrically the song is about moving on, and the struggle of letting go of something important and meaningful to you. While making ‘Something About Your Smile’ we wanted to have a positive vibe in the song, but still have lyrics that aren't as positive as the melodies and riffs. We also wanted the song to have some sort of a summer vibe in it. The uplifting guitar licks combined with melancholic lyrics, render the song a testament to the inner conflicts of youth, where you try to keep up good spirits in the relationship, although you know that letting go is for the better.”
‘Obscene’ is set to be released on March 7th, through Prime Collective.
