POP PUNK PILE UP FESTIVAL are pleased to reveal the final details of this year's event with Kerrang Radio's Fresh Blood presenter Alex Baker headlining the Friday and Saturday night after parties. He joins Sunday night's after party headliner MC Lars, who was revealed earlier this month.
"It’s gonna be ACE!" states the successful DJ who has presented his show on Kerrang Radio for over ten years, winning countless awards and nominations for his work with underground and unsigned rock bands/artists. Announcing his addition to the line up live on his Fresh Blood Show last night on Kerrang Radio, Alex joins an already packed out three days at a very intimate venue for a festival.
With the full line up now announced and just a few weeks to go, festival organiser Adam Ruane is hoping for a great debut year to lay the foundations for the future. "Now that the full line up is completely sorted it looks insane on paper! To see we are bringing some of the biggest names in rock/punk and alternative music to such a small town really shows what we are capable of doing in the long run. It's been such a rollercoaster of a journey since November 2017, right up to now and the whole team are so excited to get to Selby to witness the launch of the festival and all our hard work. It's crazy to believe we have pulled this event together, but the work and determination has really got us in a strong position going forward. Hope to see you all there!"
Ticket prices:
£25 for a day and £40 for the weekend and are available via Eventbrite, See Tickets and more.
** The festival will be donating some of their profits to homeless charities Carecent and Mission Trinity, buying food and items for those in need. Riff Media want to use music as a way of helping society and those less fortunate and they believe that this is their chance to do that on a huge scale.**
